[Features] Backup all replicas' data in a component and restore one of the them

What is the user interaction of your feature For qdrant sharding cluster, a component may have 5 replicas, and each replica owns part (some shards) of whole dataset. 1, when do backup, all 5 replicas/pods' data should be backuped, as they are pieces of a whole part 2, when do a full restore, all 5 replicas/pods will be restored 3, when do a replica/pod restore, only the corresponding part/shard data should be restored, make sure the restored data from the same part 4, for restore, for out-of-place restore, make sure the replicaCount & pod index is same with original cluster, for in-place rebuilding, make sure with the same pod name
