[Deploy Apps on KubeBlocks] Moodle in Kubeblocks（windows）
Describe the solution you'd like I have written a how-to document about installing and using Moodle with the KubeBlocks database on Windows. I'm not sure if it meets the requirements. If it does, I can refine it further, as currently it only covers the most commonly used MySQL database, and the instructions are specific to Windows. If there are any issues, I would appreciate your feedback and suggestions.
