TPv2 Loads Core Module When Unauthorized.

What did you do?

Login to TPv2, goto one of the pages. Either wait for your cookie to expire or just clean local storage (browser) and open the console and reload the page.

What did you expect to happen?

The core module chunk should not be fetched as it requires an authenticated user.

What actually happened?

The core module chunk was loaded.
