TP: update server status list should be sorted and exclude the current server status

On the #!/servers/<server-id> page, when you click > More > Update Status, we are presented with a list of server statuses. This list of statuses should be sorted alphabetically and exclude the server's current status. For example, if the server status is currently ONLINE, that status should not be included in the list.
