TAJO-2120 Change tajo.master.info-http.address and tajo.master.info-http.address.context.path for tajo-site.xml

add tajo.master.info-http.address and tajo.master.info-http.address.context.path with tajo-site.xml. Because of users want to change tajo-master-webui address, port and context-path.

Hi @freegians, thanks for your patch. But, there are some broken links as follows.

In the cluster page, all links to tajo masters, query masters and nodes are broken.
In the query detail page, all links to task history are broken.

Guys,

tao-site.xml.template should be simplification. Most case info server configuration are not changed. If you are add the description in tajo docs, it will be better
