Update documentation of ORAOOP to include additional permissions

Oraoop requires more permissions for --direct to work, and not just the tables listed in the documentation. Updated the docs.

Thanks for your contribution! Unfortunately the Sqoop project currently does not accept pull requests. To contribute, you will need to generate patch and upload it to JIRA and the review board.
