[Feature] [BanyanDB] Support Self Observability through OAP/UI

Description

BanyanDB already has Self-Observability through BanyanDB Web-UI dashboard(limited metrics) and Prometheus/Grafana(require more deployment).

We can integrate the BanyanDB metrics into OAP/UI, and make it unified with SkyWalking Self-Observability.
