Add find_java_home function to tool script

FEATURE REQUEST

Add find_java_home function to runbroker.sh, runserver.sh, tools.sh, JAVA_HOME can be automatically discovered through the function, avoiding the exception caused by the environment sound not setting JAVA_HOME.
