Support auto-switching cluster mode for brokers in RocketMQ 5.x

In RocketMQ 5.0, a new cluster mode enabling auto-switching broker roles is provided (https://rocketmq.apache.org/docs/deploymentOperations/16autoswitchdeploy). RocketMQ Operator should support it.
