[rocketmq-flink]pendingOffsetsToCommit in RocketMQSource is not used anywhere

RocketMQSource defines a variable pendingOffsetsToCommit as

private LinkedMap pendingOffsetsToCommit;

But I didn't find real use of it, can it be removed?
