1. An error is reported when adding a role to the namespace
2. Adding a role text box and pressing Enter will refresh the page

Hello. I have the same issue with my installation. When i press the "Add Role" button, a text box appears:

I try to set new authorization with differents syntaxs:

• role
• role/consume
• role:consume
• consume/role
• consume:role
• consume

I always have the same behavior, the page refresh and a red box appear on the top:

I thought it was a permission issues but all others administration tasks works well (i can create/delete tenants and namespaces, set admin roles for tenants...). To go further, il try the manager JWT with the pulsar-admin CLI and it worked well.

I haven't got anything in the pulsar manager logs.
