layout: update stylesheet reference

Updates the deprecated style key in HTML template.

This change allows to build the documentation using the latest Sphinx release (tested on version: 8.0.2). It is required due to breaking changes in the dependent package docutils introduced in version 0.17.

However, it needs further tweaking and testing as currently in the HTML output e.g. the unordered lists are rendering incorrectly (see discussion ).
