11.4 download is not supported. You should check the official documents for manual compilation

How can I configure the mxnet? I already install cuda 11.4 . I just want to successfully use mxnet with gpu.

You will have to build it yourself from source. It is possible and not too hard although compilation can take many hours. copy or clone the mxnet git and follow https://mxnet.apache.org/get_started/build_from_source
