[MS12] Rewrite Manual

This STF-funded Milestone MS12 describes the preparation and initial work for the rewrite of the manual.

It includes rewrites of parts of the website, which is also transferring the remaining resources from Markdown to Asciidoc, replacing old mechanisms of building the site. In addition, parts of the webpage, such as security, download, and support pages, will be updated as well.
