[Feature] using spring discovery client replace eureka

Problem Description

there have many code about eureka as service resgitry. but I thank we should do this base spring cloud's abstract, not the eureka implementation.

replace eureka with nacos

Solutions

1. remove the eureka related code, and use config file replaced.
2. the service's cache should managed by the Service registry implementation throuth config file.
