[IOTDB-4436] Fix duplicate in grafana dashboard.

In some panels, there are no need to show instance in legend. Besides, there are no need to maintain 0.13.1 standalone dashboard in master, All versions of dashboard can get from https://grafana.com/grafana/dashboards/?search=Apache+IoTDB
