[Feature request] K8s guidelines on backup & recovery best practices

Motivation

There is no official guideline on what is the recommended approach for backup and recovery in K8s? I know this is more of an "Enterprise Feature" ask but it would really help to at least state if volume snapshots are safe to be used for backup and recovery purposes for IoTDB.
