this repo is for issues related to the infrastructure website infra.apache.org. general infra issues should be submitted via the usual infra jira process at https://issues.apache.org/jira (log in with your a.o LDAP creds)
that said, i assume you're referring to the 1904 part of the date range? the import of email to lists.a.o from archives had some issues with some of the extremely old email messages and invalid header formats, invalid date headers, etc.. those were worked around for the most part, but there are some cosmetic issues here and there. the archive on lists.apache.org is a "best effort" and Infra's policy is that we won't spend staff time, resources, or foundation funds to correct minor cosmetic issues.
The 1904 email in this case is correctly formatted AFAICT, but had an incorrect date, presumably because the user clock was wrong.
AIUI emails are filed purely on the basis of the Date: header, rather than arrival time. So for example if an email is delayed for moderation, it can appear to have arrived several days before it reached the list.
