[Feature][GitHub] Collect the language and pipeline info of project from the repository

Use case

As we alretdy connect to Github we could also collect data like the language used and more details about the pileines and group it.

Description

We could have metrics by language or by type of pipelines. If we could group pipelines, it could help manage discrepancies in the pipeline configurations and track them.
