[Bug][projects] Can't select different page sizes on projects page

What happened

We have a lot of projects and we can't change the page size. It's always stuck at 20, so it's hard to find projects that we are looking for.

What do you expect to happen

We would like to be able to change the page size on projects page.

How to reproduce

Trying to change the page size will always set it to 20.
