[Config-ui] Guide users to the corresponding dashboards after data collection

Description
Currently, users jump to Grafana homepage after data collection when clicking the 'View Dashboards' button on the config-UI. As a result, many users can't find the right dashboards to view. In an ideal world, users will be visiting the dashboards based on the data they have collected.
Use case
If users have collected Github and Jira's data, config-UI should provide links to such pre-built dashboards:
- Github basic metrics
- Weekly bug retro
- Weekly community retro
- Jira
