Disable email

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Setting up emails can be problematic, and most users do not need it when they rely on an external mechanism for authentication.

Describe the solution you'd like Have the possibility to disable email system entirely: no notification by mail for users.

you could just manually approve users from admin, if the community is small. if the community is large enough that you don't want to do manual activation, setup stmp - a regular server would do it. open user registration could cause wordpress-kind-of overflood of bots.

For internal use (inside a company network) it would be nice to have the option to not use email for signup for a friction less experience.
