我的监控部署了十几个边缘采集器，通过边缘采集器去监控不同网络下的服务器，但是通常情况下边缘采集器掉线了我却不知道，导致服务器一直处于未监控状态，所以可以单独给边缘采集器添加一个告警通知的功能吗
