The collect Intervals and the refresh time is not a same config , i thought u may wanna change the collect Intervals?

Umm, I'm using the latest version of Docker: VERSION=1.6.0. I want to change the collect interval to 10 seconds, but I can't do that at now.

Thanks so much.But personally, I'm a little confused, why not allow the user to set the collect seconds freely? Users can make trade-offs based on their own server resources and actual needs

i don`t really know the original reason, i think it is just a design defect;
