[Bug] Dashboard not work

What happened
After the runtime address is configured on the Overview page, other pages do not get this configuration.

How to reproduce
- Get the latest code.
- Excute the command.
npm run dev - Visit http://localhost.3000 in your browser.
- Configure the runtime address.
- Visit the CLIENTS -> HTTP page.

It's a known problem of the frontend. The frontend always tries to connect to the runtime on localhost. You can fix this by using a reverse proxy.
