Upgrade Hadoop to 3.4.0

Now that Hadoop 3.4.0 is available, we should consider upgrading to it.

Go ahead. There may be some caveats because of Hadoop moving to S3 2.x. We are still on 1.x. Otherwise, it should be a straightforward upgrade. 🤞
