Is the CI currently broken? This does not seem to be a related error (and occurs with other PRs as well).

Please file an Apache Drill JIRA for this issue, then modify the title:

DRILL-XXXX: Made UI links relative.

The latest CI has introduced numerous fixes. Can you file a JIRA for this PR, with the reason behind this PR? I think you'll also need to rebase the Commit on top of the current master to resolve merge conflicts.
