[Enhancement] Use `NIO` to replace the legacy IO.

Description

The legacy IO is hard to use. After Java 7, the NIO is imported, it's easy to use and elegant.

Old:
File file = new File("...");
file.createNewFile()
mkdir()

New:
Path path = Paths.get("");
......
