@bdelacretaz I am not well-known (yet) with the exact restrictions here. This PR changes the occurrences of project to TLP. Do you know whether this mentoring programme also applies to podlings? If so, changes in this PR might be incorrect.

The same changes are made in #42 as well.

We do not have a mentoring program. It would be nice to have one, but I don't think we're doing anybody any favors by documenting a non-existent program. We really should either create such a program, or purge this content from the site.
