Upgrade: Spring Boot 4.0

Based on Apache Camel Branch spring-boot-4.0.

Right now the test cannot be executed since Spring Boot and Camel are currently using two different JUnit versions. But the main code compiles successfully.

TODOs:

  • JUnit 6 upgrades
  • Restore undertow actuators on platform http once undertow
