Grafana dashboards

As monitoring based on Prometheus is auto-configured, it would be useful that Grafana dashboards are auto-configured to visualise monitoring data.

When using Quarkus and the prometheus trait, The MicroProfile Grafana project could be leveraged (jamesfalkner/microprofile-grafana#3).

Ideally, this would work both for the operator and integrations metrics.
