planning for multiple dirs: mail talking stage 1 :

  1. SortedLedgerStorage supports multiple dirs

the condition that the bug triggers: 1) conf.getLedgerDirs are multiple dirs 2) ledgerStorageClass=org.apache.bookkeeper.bookie.SortedLedgerStorage
