help request: dashboard and etcd minimum version requirement for LTS APISIX

etcd is just the underlying database and there isn't an independent catalogue for it.

I mean if I choose stable version 3.2 of apisix, what should be the minimum version of dashboard and what should be the minimum version of etcd? Usage background: My company intends to use apisix as a gateway and is currently ready to test it
