Current Behavior

使用docker部署apisix时，apisix一直无法启动，一直报这个错误，example文件夹已经执行了chmod -R 777 /opt/apisix-docker/example/

Expected Behavior

No response

Error Logs

nginx: [alert] could not open error log file: open() "/usr/local/apisix/logs/error.log" failed (13: Permission denied)

Steps to Reproduce

1.docker-compose up -d
