Fix: Database connection test fails when password contains' $'

What changes were proposed in this pull request?

Fixed database password contains' $' and other special characters can not be parsed, click Ambari database connection test failure problem.

How was this patch tested?

Step 1: Click on the Hive server Step 2: Navigate to the Configuration/DATABASE tab Step 3: Click TEST CONNECTION

@newyyshan thanks for your contribution, the ci failed due to no jira id found, that means you need create a releated issue first ,and change your pr title with Issue id AMBARI-xxx
