What's the workflow for the version upgrade?

Can you please provide a workflow for upgrading _incubator-age'_s version?

I don't think such a workflow currently exists. There is already a discussion on this subject at https://github.com/apache/incubator-age/issues/132

Hi,

AGE follows the standard process provided by Postgres to updating extensions: https://www.postgresql.org/docs/11/sql-alterextension.html

When you want to update AGE, install the new version of AGE to the machine, then open a terminal session to the postgres database with AGE installed and run the command: ALTER EXTENSION age UPDATE TO '1.0.0'; or whichever version you want.
