If I have an empty MdTable I get an InvalidOperationException when calling `.ToString()`. I would expect just to get an empty table with only a header row.
Evaluate using [XmlDocMarkdown](https://ejball.com/XmlDocMarkdown) instead of MdDocs to auto-generate the API reference
- left-align `:--`, right-align `--:`, center-align `:--:`  - the markdonw-generator is the good package for generation with C#.
