Problem with function Add Namespaces Support to the Active Project

Good day, I am using function Add Namespaces Support to the Active Project it works correctly, but I have some projects, where I get this error: 18 file(s) modified. Object reference not set to an instance of an object. I don't know why I get this error or which file or part from file is problematic.

Do you have any idea how can I debug this error?
