Add permissions to all tables - not working (AL Language Extension - pre-release 16.0.1433787)

The 'Add permissions to all tables used by this object' code action does not work when using the pre-release version of the AL Language extension (currently 16.0.1433787). When I select the action I can see the 'processing...' notification appear at the bottom right of VS Code, however nothing actually happens.

If I switch back to the release version of the AL Language Extension (currently 15.0.1433841) it works fine.
