Allow switching between multiple app.json files

It would be cool if the app.json is not just copied, but instead we can just define partial changes and it would swap just them out.

Lets say I have an additional other.app.json file with a different name and ID range. In this case, I would just specify the name and idRange in the other.app.json file.
