Black video stream but audio still works

A working twitch stream :)

Current Behavior

For certain streamers, I get a black screen with audio after the ads screen. Currently using adaptive stream and have tried not using it. I've also tried forcing different quality but no effect.

Steps to Reproduce

Please provide detailed steps for reproducing the issue.

  1. Open up a stream, my test streamer is snake_eyez_
  2. Watch for pre-roll ads
  3. Screen is black but you can still hear the stream audio
