[Feature] Matrix Support

It would be really cool if we could have a Matrix Bridge, similar to the currently implemented Discord feature, that bridges the Matrix chatroom with the ingame chat. Matrix offers an easy to use SDK, so this should not be complicated from a technical standpoint. The following might be useful for this:
