In `InsightCard`, when there is no outlier, the text description will still says that there is an outlier.

In InsightCard, when there is a no outlier pattern, the text description will still says that there is an outlier. On the other hand, if I set the pattern to an empty array to indicate no outlier, an error will be reported.
