Unable to set Consumer tag

I feel like I've searched whole documentation but have not found answer anywhere.

Trying to set Consumer tag at ConsumptionExchange configration. Right now I see my consumer tag as auto generated by RabbitMq. Example: `amq.ctag-OKfEFS3noGXbFGNMiZR' rabbitMqConsumer 9pg
