Windows availability

As the title says, I wanted to ask if there is a way to run Raviewer on Windows.

There are some features that are linux specific (e.g. reading data directly from connected cameras), but the core functionality should be fairly os-agnostic, Raviewer is written in python andthe libraries we use should be usable on Windows in theory.

Please give it a try and report back.
