IPv6 support

I will make a patch at some point, so if someone gets to it first, ping here.

Workaround: xinetd or systemd.socket listeners that connect to localhost. Not so important to add ssl support, since you can use an IPv6 mesh vpn like cjdns or yggdrasil to build a global network of (reporting) planes in the air.
