Resume interface could use some improvements

1. When I try to resume an already-resumed conversation, the summary is not helpful

hard for me to differentiate what the conversation is. i think this is a problem for because i run up to 4 parallel CC instances so it's not just a matter of resuming the last one.

2. it presents all my conversations to choose from, i think realistically speaking i am more concerned with resuming recent convos. on the off chance that iw ant tor esume something from 3 weeks ago i think i'm ok with going through pagination to find it

+1 on showing the top of the checkpoint list rather than the bottom.

Here are a couple more that have been irritants for me: 3. Whether someone is resuming a recently-compacted conversation is not completely clear. If the time of last compaction could be differentiated from the time of last message, then that would be useful. (Or, related to item 1, if compaction was the last event, then put that in the checkpoint summary.) 4. Multiple successive uses of /resume can cause a blank page to be generated at the end of the list, which can be confusing unless the user realizes this and scrolls up extra to see something other than a blank screen.

I'm having similar problem. I use Claude with many projects at the same time. Even with regular summaries it is sometimes difficult to see the connection between session and project. Including the folder name would help.

Claude is always crashing on my machine, and its next to impossible to get back into the most recent conversation of the instances that were running. Please improve searchability.
