Session History Persistence Failure After Switching Between Multiple Sessions

Bug Description Was working with 2 sessions - I exited session 1 and then continued with session 2 for a while then quit session 2. Then wanted to resume session 2 so ran claude -c, found it actually continued the conversation from session 1, so I did claude -r to select the conversation of session 2, but found the history only having session 1 conversation... Very frustrating as I had countless of other conversations I was planning to resume.
