Description

The last message in a conversation can sometimes disappear unexpectedly.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have a conversation with multiple messages
  2. [Need more details on exact trigger conditions]

Expected behavior

All messages in the conversation should persist and remain visible.

Actual behavior

The last message in the conversation disappears.

Environment

  • OS: macOS (Darwin 24.6.0)
  • Claude Code version: [current]
