[Bug] Allow custom descriptive names for plan files

Bug Description Please allow the agent to create descriptive names for plan files. I'm tired of trying to figure out which mangy hedgehog is the task I want to work on. Also, please let me use my subscription in a devenv of my choosing, at least until you get yours together.
